Representatives of the communities who are concerned about their estates, the ACLP is made up of representatives of the Tenants association that have properties in their area and which belongs to Places for People. Members of the Public are welcome, but must be members of the local Tenents Association otherwise they are speaking only for themselves. Meeting every two months at Bank street offices in Sheffield, they look at issues such as, how long it takes to rent a vacent property and repairs to a property.
