Their mission is to respect the leading role that the arts and media can take in addressing contemporary and social issues of displacement, integration and multi culturalisim. The group has 15 years experience on the African and global roots music scene.With a small but dedicated team of experienced arts and music industry professionals, tour managers, and marketing/PR specialists on hand to deliver an efficient and supporting service, konimusic is dedicated to raising the performing and recording profiles of both emerging and established UK resident African and world music artists on the British and international circuits, and to stimulating and resourcing the rapidly expanding live performance network in the UK. The group also offers tour productions, event and venue programming, education and agency brokerage work.
